PREFABRICATED DWELLINGS - Model GLOBO


The weight-bearing perimetrical frame consist of sandwich panels that have outside and inside galvanised and prepainted sheet-iron, at center stiff self-extinguishing polyurethane with 40 kg/cu.mt density, total thickness 60/100 mm. On the side walls are fitted the trusses at two layers in galvanised steel tubolar, the trusses, together with the purlines, form the weight-bearing frame of the roof. On the outside of the trusses are fitted suitable profiles in galvanised sheet-iron, that are used to fix the covering sheet in galvanised and prepainted corrugated-iron.
The roof is attached in the middle of the prefabricated, along all his length, by means of suitable shaped profiles in galvanised and prepainted sheet-iron (full), moreover we fix the single corrugated-sheets with suitable self-threading srews.
The inside counter-roof consists of a sandwich panel that has outside and inside galvanised and prepainted sheet-iron, with at center stiff self-extinguishing polyurethane with 40 Kg/mc density, and thickness 30 mm . On these panels we place mineral-wool small mattresses 50 kg/mc density and 30 mm thickness in order to obtain a total heat conductivity factor of 0,4 Kcal/mq h °C.
The partition walls consist of sandwich panels that have outside and inside galvanised and prepainted sheet-iron, total thickness 40 mm. (description as outer walls). The fastenings (windows and doors) are made of anodised aluminium sections, complete of accessories, with glasses mm. 4, where estimated.
The electric system, completely located in a visible position, consists of common wires contained in a self-extinguishing PVC pipe complying with CEI regulations.
