MONOBLOC

| Base structure entirely composed of painted and galvanised
tubular structural steel , with floor laid on top made
of waterproof chipboard. In the bathrooms monoblocs the shower bases and their outer
rim are made on the floor using wooden blocks so that,
after applying the fibreglass, a single watertight basin
is formed. The layer of fibreglass is protected by another
protective layer of transparent resin. In addition, the
base is sealed next to the outside walls with antimould
polyurethane silicon. |
Walls, both outside and inside, built of sandwich  panels
covered on both sides with top grade pre-painted sheet
metal and self-extinguishing rigid polyurethane in the
middle for a total thickness of 40 mm.
Roof
formed by sandwich panels (the same as for the walls)
specially screwed on and sealed to the gutter obtained
from the external band. Window and door frames in anodised
aluminium sections complete with seals and catches. Electrical
installation comprising wires of a cross-section currently
used to CEI regulations inserted in self-extinguishing
PVC tubes in view. |
Each
prefab is provided with a master switch, external socket
E.E.C. type, earthing attachment as well as light points
and electric sockets. Edging and finishing sections made
of baked, pre-painted, galvanised sheet metal. |
| These
sections never have sharp corners (very dangerous when
cleaning or even merely touching) as the pressed-type
system is used ; moreover, all the sections are protected
against scratching (as the walls are as well) by a PVC
film that is only removed during assembly. Plumbing composed
of coprax-type pipes made of polypropylene, entirely in
view, with assembly by polyfusion welding (these pipes
have remarkable features: they are resistant to electro-chemical
corrosion. |

Low
load loss, hygienic and easy to wash). The bathrooms fittings
installed are made of ceramics, vetrochina, abs, or stainless
steel and are supplied complete with taps and fittings,
accessories and drain pipes fully connected under the
base down to the outside line of the prefab. |
